ABOUT ETHOS
Sergio Oliden opened the doors in 2012 and hit the ground running on some large design projects thanks to the incredible communities here in Maricopa County, Arizona. Since then, Sergio's reputation grew not only for his design and construction background but for the way he served his clients. Sergio solidified the foundation for Ethos' people-over-profit culture. Keith Dahlen and Nicolai Oliden joined the company in 2016 with the dream of taking the company to the next level.
We have been extremely blessed by our clients, colleagues, and community for continuing to reach out to us for their design needs. Our company has grown since 2016 and our "people first" culture, servant leadership nature, and commitment to excellence has only strengthened with each new team member we bring on board.
Ethos is a certified DBE/SBE company with services covering structural, roadway, civil, and geotechnical design.
