A Bit About Me
With 23 years of experience in the consulting field, Dr. Fréchette has successfully performed the duties of client/contract manager, proposal pursuit lead, project manager of multi-discipline teams, engineer of record, project geotechnical engineer, and senior technical reviewer on a wide range of projects in the areas of flood control structures (e.g. dams and levees); transportation (e.g. bridges, roadways, walls, and pavement); temporary and permanent shoring design (e.g. soil nails, tiebacks and soldier piles); transmission lines; commercial and industrial facilities; and municipal facilities and water treatment plants with budgets in excess of $1 million.

Dr. Fréchette has performed all aspects of geotechnical investigations including development of detailed geotechnical scope and cost estimates, permit acquisition, planning and execution of site reconnaissance, development of geotechnical exploration and laboratory testing programs, design, and reporting.
